Taught me a lot 7/21/2014

I went here because my dog is so big that I can't really do him at home and outside is not an option. they had a big tub that was easy for me to get my dog into and they helped me in many ways. I thought that washing was just soap and water, but found out that there is a lot more to it. They taught me how to take care of his ears as well as glands. Thanks again. more

Very Helpful 6/30/2012

Teriffic place to take your dog. I can leave the mess with them! Also were very helpful and showed me the details of how to wash and take care of my dog. more

Don't work with animals if you don't like them. 2/20/2012

The first thing I saw when coming into The Dog Wash was a woman, late 20's/early 30's Hispanic dark longish hair, holding a small dog for a nail clipping. She seemed to be very short with the owners after their dog pee'd on her out of the excitement.  I went to the vet they have there on Sunday's to get my dogs medicine, had great service from them and then took her to the front to have her nails clipped. The woman immediately looked at my dog and said to her coworker, an elderly woman with short grey hair, "I'm not doing this, my hands are oily." We have to use a mussel because my dog hates having her nails clipped. The younger woman tried to force an obviously small mussel on my dogs face. When I put a proper sized mussel on her face I tighten it very firm, and the younger woman tightened it even more it looked like it was pinching my dogs fur. The younger woman spoke to us in my opinion, in a very irritated, stern and loud tone of voice. When I took the mussel off my dog she snared more

The place to go for Rabies Vacc. 7/17/2010

I buy my own vaccinations for about $5 a shot (not rabies though) from Drs. Foster & Smith online... and give them myself, it's cheaper to order them. I give the DHLPPC + Lepto and the Bordetella is nasal and only about $5 from Foster & Smith, but the clinic for Rabies shots is a fantastic price only $9 for rabies alone!\r \r But if you are wary of giving shots yourself the clinic is a great deal. Only a veterinarian can give Rabies Shots. \r \r Do it your self bathing & grooming is nice, good tables, I don't need professional grooming with my dogs. more

Very Good BUT! 12/3/2008

I really liked this place and the people were always nice BUT if you leave your dog to be washed by them, be sure to emphasize that if your dog starts barking hysterically out of fear of the "drying room" (A room with several high pitched fans) to get the dog out of that and not to let it continue for 30 #($* MINUTES, because let's face it, we don't want our pets traumatized, right? My point is, they were nice to me, but they weren't nice to my dog when I wasn't there. more

Worth The Wait! 11/20/2008

We take all our animals to the dog wash for shots and heart worm checks. This facility has saved us a lot of money. I have waited up to an hour, but the money we saved is always worth the wait. more

Great place 2/26/2008

I drive 20+ miles to take my dogs to the low-cost vaccination clinics here and have saved a fortune over what I used to spend at the vet. The lady who runs the dog wash business has always been very nice and very helpful as well. more

Low cost vaccinations 12/23/2005

My husband took our cat to get his vaccinations done at The Dog Wash. They offer low cost vaccinations twice a week--once on Sunday evening and then on Tuesday evenings. We were able to get the cats shots for a total of $36 where, if I would have taken him to the vet it would have been almost double the cost. The workers were quick and efficient and my husband was in and out of there in a little over 30 minutes. I would recommend this business! more

keep your tub at home clean! 9/6/2005

What a great idea... Instead of washing your dog in your tub that most likely dosent have a flexible shower head or washing your dog outside, why not go to the Dog wash and wash your dog in a professional dog washing tub, complete with shampoo, conditioners and frangrance. You'll also get to use the blow dryer. Its like being a dog groomer for a day. Such a neat idea. A bunch of fun too. Not only will you have a squeaky clean doggie, but you'll meet other dog lovers and have fun conversations..... more

Great place for VERY LOW COST VACCINATIONS!! 9/5/2005

Every Tuesday/Sunday the Dog Wash partners with the Vets at the Arkansas Browning Animal Clinic to offer a Low Cost Vaccination Clinic for both Dogs and Cats. Every year when I renew my Dogs shots, I come here. SInce you don't pay a Vet Visit fee and you get a Discount on the cost of the acutal shots, you save between 50-75% off by coming here. The first time you come they register you and your pets information in their computer system. That way when its time for your pets yearly shot, they can send you a reminder and when you do come back a year later, they know exactly which vaccinations to give your pet. The vet is really nice too. I was there about 2 months ago getting my 2 year old pups vaccinations. My dog gets kinda nervous in a "medical" setting and tinkled all over the Table and the Vet. The vet just smiled and said "It comes with the job!' He then proceeded to hold and cuddle my pup until he had calmed down. 5 seconds later 4 Vaccinations had been given with one shot and more

I would only use this place if you want the "Do it Yourslef" job. 7/18/2005

Okay granted one of my dogs is a little bit on the mean side and the other is the most loving thing ever they both came out with a lot of stray hairs and cuts all over their bellys. One of my dogs is the happy go lucky type and and he can sense that place before he gets out of the car and will not go in. They are average on pricing but i'd find someplace better. more

If your dog needs a bath!~ 6/14/2005

I have heard through a friend that you can give your dog a bath here. On Sundays they have a deal, you can purchase your dogs vacinations and do it yourself for like 15 bucks. I am planning on trying this one. more
