The first thing I saw when coming into The Dog Wash was a woman, late 20's/early 30's Hispanic dark longish hair, holding a small dog for a nail clipping. She seemed to be very short with the owners after their dog pee'd on her out of the excitement. I went to the vet they have there on Sunday's to get my dogs medicine, had great service from them and then took her to the front to have her nails clipped. The woman immediately looked at my dog and said to her coworker, an elderly woman with short grey hair, "I'm not doing this, my hands are oily." We have to use a mussel because my dog hates having her nails clipped. The younger woman tried to force an obviously small mussel on my dogs face. When I put a proper sized mussel on her face I tighten it very firm, and the younger woman tightened it even more it looked like it was pinching my dogs fur. The younger woman spoke to us in my opinion, in a very irritated, stern and loud tone of voice. When I took the mussel off my dog she snared
