Dog Days Canine Playschool

hi we just love dog days canine playschool- our dog goes to daycare everyday while we are at work.. he has so much fun. he has been going for 3 years. he has made a lot of friends. he plays all day and is dog tired at night. good thing for us.. he has spent the night and done a sleepover.. he sleeps in a big room with blankets and toys... no kennel or crate for him... his girlfriend was spending the night one night, a cute little lab. they got along so well. both of us parents decided it would be ok for them to stay in the same room.. dog days let them have a slumber party together. we thought that was great....the groomer also shaved our dog down and did a really nice job....he gets shaved once in the summer... he looked adorable.. staff is great. alicia the manager has been their 4 yrs and has 2 dogs of her own.. my dog loves her. sometimes he doesnt want to go home... try it -your dog will love it.. its not a big fancy franchise, just a nice homey place... the big places are very clinical and we dont think the dogs get much time with staff, here they are with them all day.... some places in knoxvile say all day daycare but they lock them up half the time. at dog days they are running free from 7:30 am to 6pm. it is a godsend for us.. thanks dog days.. and charlie thanks you too....... Pros: prices are very very reasonable- great hours- cage free-great staff-great location Cons: not a one.... more

my gosh, we had tried many kennels in knoxville and felt guilty our dog was locked in a run, but we found dog days because of a co-worker, and now we know our dog is playing all day long from 730am -6pm, out in the building with all the dogs.. then they are fed and put in their own little areas.. our dog got to sleep in the office... it was like sleeping in a room at home and not a kennel......he has soooo much fun, he doesnt want to come home.... he loves the staff and the pup-cicles!!!! Pros: cageless daycare- great night-time pick-up hours-sunday pick-up is great....... more
