Had an outside outlet not working. Really needed to power wash for company coming over.Called Dodge and Preston called me back. Asked him to come over. He said it might be a minor problem and he walked me thru some trouble shooting. 5 minutes later problem solved. I was delighted and wanted to send him a check. He said not worry about it. Preston from Dodge Electric came out and looked at everything. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He saw that our fuses had all just about burned out, so he went out and purchased fuses to temporarily replace the old ones so we wouldn't be without heat or gas before he could come back. He didn't have to do that, but he saw an unsafe situation and took it upon himself to fix it to keep us safe. The workers arrived on time and were ready to work since they had already bought the materials and parts they were going to need ahead of time. They were nice, well-mannered and very professional. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up when they were done. To me, they're very reasonable, as far as everybody else in Arizona costs in that field. I would definitely use them again. We really appreciate everything they did for us. more

The thing I liked most is that he was willing to answer my questions about what was being done. On top of that he took the time to find the best, quickest, and most cost effective way to connect a data line I needed in a bedroom. Add to that he was on time and the price was very reasonable. Dodge Electric was great. They were easy to work with, and they were absolutely fast. They gave me an estimate that did not go over, which I appreciated, and they showed up when they said. They did the job, and everything is working well. I had some sparks coming out of the wires leading to the pool pump. I had to turn the pool pump off, and Dodge Electric came out fast. They basically rewired the things that had issues. Everything, including the pool pump, is working fine. I would definitely recommend them to my friends, and I am a pretty picky person. We moved office locations a few months ago. Dodge Electric helped make this transition smooth. We were extremely pleased with the experience from initial contact to completion of the project. They were easy to work with & very accommodating to our schedule. In our new office, we needed new phone lines wired and wiring for our computer network installed at 6 desk locations. Our phone company had given us a Sat appointment time to hook up our phones so Dodge Electric installed our wiring on Friday. Dodge came back Monday first thing to make sure all connections were good and working. As an insurance appraisal company we work with many large insurance companies who send us work assignments via email, fax & phone. So of course, like most businesses, it's vital that we be up and running. Dodge Electric helped get us back in businesses quickly so we didn't have down-time. Great work! more

I'm from California, and Dodge Electric has been very convenient to deal with, especially considering all the work they do for me is in Arizona. They have done lots of things that I just couldn't have done from so far away. They even take care of all the little details with city officials that I can't from out of state. I recently purchased a new home, and Dodge Electric came out to look at some issues I had seen with the house. They were able to give me some quotes so that I could get some financing to remodel the house. In the process they also discovered a whole host of other problems I wasn't aware of. We ended up rewiring the entire house. The reason that I chose them over other companies was because they were so communicative. They took the time to explain their recommendations and what was going on. They were interesting in working with me in order to find a solution that met my budget and my needs. It was obvious from the first meeting that they were not just concerned with getting work but also with making my home safe. All the work they did was done correctly, but they also were not doing things that weren't necessary. I have had absolutely no problem with any of the work they have done. I have remodeled 2 homes in the last 3 years, and I have worked with a lot of different contractors and companies. Dodge Electric was far and above the rest. They showed up on time every time. They answered the phone when I called them and returned my voice mails when I left them. They were really professional, which you do not see much in this industry. more
