I walked in an asked an older asian woman at the front register if they carried eye screws. Her response was ""Huh?"" I then began walking around the store in search of eye screws. I wandered aimlessly all over the store and not one employee asked if they could assist me. I started to ask an employee for assistance but a thin young blonde walked by him and he turned around and followed her walking away from me asking if she needed assistance. I'm female but neither thin nor blonde. I then walked to the key counter hoping an employee would come over so I could be directed to where the eye screws were. I stood there for 45 minutes alone at that counter and not ONE employee that walked by me offered any assistance. I finally just wandered around the store and flagged down an employee. He showed me where the eye screws were & asked me what I needed them for. I started explaining the reason when out of nowhere I thought we were in the midst of World War III!! A disgruntled employee started throwing things and going ""postal"". It scared the heck out of me!! Needless to say I will NEVER go back again!!!
