Yep, thats Dr. Dinh, I used to work there, only lasted 3 mOnths, she was a real pain in the ass, she would talk to us like if we were some sort of retards when we did something wrong, and it was only the non-asian staff, I am not a racist so dont take me wrong,all the girls there got alongwith each other, she would tell us to charge patient for an extraction and add bone graft for HMO's which is obviously a non covered benefit as well as arestin code (D4381) and onlays/inlays instead of crowns cuz insurance didnt cover it either, for cash patients she would diagnose also the same thing so for a deep cleaning she would end up charging $1000 ,I quit by lunch time because I had put up with so much from her. Im glad I quit, the next day I got hired at Valencia Family Dental Care in Fullerton and have been happily employed there since then, 3 years already. very affordable and Honest Dr. Chandrakant Patel 714-773-9300 more

i love the atmosphere at this office, the dental assistant was excellent. i was in pain that get me in right a way , gave me very good explanation about what happen ( which never happen in at the old dental office , dentist just did something in my mouth and that's it) . THE DENTIST ARE WONDERFUL HERE. MY KIDS WERE REALLY FRIGHTENED TO GO TO DOCTORS, IN GENERAL. HOWEVER, THEY LOVE THE DOCTORS AT ST. CATHERINE DENTAL; THEY EVEN TOLD THEIR FRIENDS ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE. I HAVE TWO OF MY KIDS IN BRACES HERE, AND THEY LOVE THE MONTHLY VISITS! THANK YOU DOCTORS AND STAFF. This office will totally scam you!\r \r I hadn't gotten my teeth cleaned in one year because my insurance didn't cover the dentist I had gone to since I had teeth. I wanted to wait but I could tell I was getting a stain from all the coffee I was drinking.\r \r I show up and the place is deserted. I sit in the chair and they pop in a Jennifer Lopez movie for me. I stay for about 20 minutes and nothing. Finally a lady comes and takes 20 x-rays of my teeth. Then I wait another 10 minutes. A male dentist (I'm assuming) pokes around in my mouth and is calling out to someone I can't see, telling her what to write down, none of which I understand. I wait another 5 minutes. The front desk girl, Ingrid, comes over and presents me with a laundry list of what needs to be done to me.\r \r They charged for an oral evaluation, a perio evaluation and x-rays. This totaled $490 that my insurance would cover at 100%.\r \r Further down the list there were four charges for ""D4381"" which means ""localized\r delivery of chemotherapeutic agents via a\r controlled release vehicle into diseased crevicular\r tissue, per tooth, by report"" and four charges for ""D4341"" which is a deep cleaning.\r \r They wanted to give me two ""preventative"" fillings. I was told there was a hole but there was no sign of decay. Of course my insurance covers none of this.\r \r In addition, they wanted to give me fluoride. Mind you, I'm 24 years old.\r \r I called my mom who used to be a dental assistant and she said none of that is right and to ask if they can do a regular cleaning and I can think about everything else. The doctor tells me I'm too much of a liability so they won't do anything to me. I paid my $5.00 co-pay and got the heck out of there!\r \r A week later, I take a copy of my form to my regular dentist and he basically tells me they are full of it. My gums have no puffiness or pocketing so I don't need the deep cleaning. No one gets fluoride after a certain age. Preventative fillings are worthless. I did need one filling but not on the teeth they listed! He also told me I'm grinding my teeth in my sleep but the other dentist didn't catch it. I made an appointment for two weeks for a REGULAR cleaning.\r \r Do me a favor and never visit Dr. Dinh. Make a trip to Dr. Ringer in Anaheim Hills and you'll thank me. Pros: nada, zip, zelch more

This office is horrible. I took my sister there and never gone back again. The front desk assistants were rude, and dentist did a really bad job, and overcharged customers. I do not recommend anyone to go there if you don't want to suffer. more
