Just Can't Beat Their Menu 4/13/2011

No matter what any of our party ever orders at Dixie Crossroads, it always puts a smile on the face of that person - even if they got teased for ordering the prime rib instead of the always perfect rock shrimp! Staff are always friendly, helpful and kind to each other as well, no matter how busy they can be. After eating here18 years - its still a favorite of everyone! Keep up the great work ! more

excellent hush puppies 7/31/2010

We were visiting a friend in Titusville and she took us to lunch here. The best sweet potato ever served with a cinnamon spread. The hush puppies were excellent, moist, not greasy and addictive. The shrimp broiled were excellent and the coconut shrimp were delightful. Pros: good service, great food more

can't beat this place for seafood in Florida 6/29/2006

Dixie Crossroads have some pretty good seafood. I had fried shrimp, and my wife had hers steamed. The boat run shrimp were the best, although Dixie Crossroads is known for their rock shrimp. The corn fritters were good too, not too greasy and sweet with the powdered sugar. I can understand why people drive here from Orlando. It was the best seafood I've had in Florida, and as good as the seafood houses in Charleston and Savannah. Pros: Price, quality, service Cons: the wait more

No question FLORIDA'S #1 seafood restaurant. I travel miles out of my way to get to Dixie Crossroads. I recommend Dixie Crossroads to everyone that asks me about great restaurants. They usually say it's over 30 + miles away i tell them it's worth it and they should come back to thank me. Local's Best Kept Secret 8/8/2002

Melt in your mouth seafood (rock shrimp) and a wonderful steak. Meal came with soup (choice), all the corn fritters you could eat, salad and a choice of potato. Go there really hungry. Walk along their nature trail and enjoy a beverage in their pagoda with live music while you wait. An all-around great evening.
