Skylight services and Commitment to Customer cannot be TRUSTED.
My Personnel Experience ,
Dish Network Service Started : Nov 2008
Today is March 04 2010 : Till date I haven't received the Coupon/Check for $50 from Skylight TV.
Deal with Skylight : $50 coupon for the local Grocery Store.
I was told by skylight customer service agent during the dish network service registration that i will get a $50 coupon once i complete 60 days of service . This was back in Nov 2008. Till Date ( March 04 2010 ) , I haven't received the coupon .
After numerous follow up's , Skylight told me that it should take 3/4 weeks to process the check/coupon . That 3/4 weeks turned out to be more than a year .
On March 04 2010 , I wrote an final email to Skylight customer service In response , they are telling me now (after 1 year) that Skylight is not responsible for the coupon. I should get the coupon from the local grocery store. Why should a local grocery store be responsible for the coupon when the service is signed up with Skylight.
Why the turnaround after 1 year ??????
In my opinion 1 year is too long to keep a customer waiting .
Now it is not about $50. It is about the commitment given to Customer .
