The manager went above and beyond to help me with a spare tire blowout that left me stranded 20 minutes away from his store. I called to make sure they had a rim that I needed and then I got a ride down there. They couldn't find the part they said they had, so the manager got me a higher quality rim for the same price. The apprentice gave us the wrong lugnuts so it messed up my studs. Still stranded, I called back. The manager apologized profusely, paid for a tow and sent out an associate to give me a ride home. \r
Twist to the story: my car was considered abandoned before his tow truck got there so it was picked up and impounded. The manager took care of the fees and sent his associate back to me to take me to the impound lot to straighten it out. \r
I'm pretty sure they paid well over what I paid for the entire thing. I just want to make sure everyone knows that this location gives the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If they make a mistake, they will fix it guaranteed. You don't have to worry about a thing!\r
