These guys seriously walked on water, they were unbelievable. It ended up costing only around half of the original bid. We had three guys come out with a big truck and they got it done in half a day. They had to go up and down an elevator and stairs because it was a three story building. They were efficient, professional, friendly, and respectful. They would take everything down in its place and set it up exactly where you wanted it. They kept moving the entire time too. I would guess they must be happy with their employer because they were all so happy, one guy said he had been with them for 12 years. There were no dings or damage to our furniture. I actually called and told them how great their movers were, and that's something I never do. more

The movers were friendly, on time, completed their work efficiently and on time, and generally did a very good job. They did drop one item, a water feature which they boxed for us, but which fell off of the dolly on the way into the new place. Unfortunately, despite being a very heavy item, $.60/pound didn't even come close to replacement value, so consider that when deciding whether to pay extra for full replacement value insurance. But mistakes happen during moves and our overall experience was favorable and *much* better than experiences that we've had with other moving companies.
