I just want to buy a gift certificate. I have no idea of the specifics of the boat such as engine,make,model etc... I don't feel that info should be mandatory to purchase a gift f...

I needed a prop 6/24/2013

I was out with the kiddos and had a perfect storm moment...I was backing the boat off the trailer and my son jumped across the back of the boat at the exact wrong time...needless to say I needed a new prop. I was going skiing on Monday and I called order the prop after the cut off time. They spent at least 45 minutes discussing props with me to make sure I got the best one for my needs, then hand delivered it to the ups store so I could be back on the water when I wanted to. You guys rock!!!!! I will recommend you guys to everyone! more

Excellent Customer Service!!! 6/15/2013

I've been buying from Discount Inboard for as long as I've owned my boat, and everytime I've needed a thing for the old girl the entire crew has gone above and beyond to make sure I am getting the correct items. As well as going another extra mile in helping to troubleshoot a problem or two over the phone! I wish more organizations had this level of passion and desire to serve their customer base. more

Top quality service 6/4/2013

I recently ordered a fuel pump from Discount Inboard Marine. I did not look at the description of the part carefully enough prior to placing my order. I received a telephone call from Karen in customer service the next morning to inquire about my order. She said that the part did not appear to be consistent with the type of engine that I have in my boat and asked me to do some further checking of the part. She even suggested an alternate part number which actually was the fuel pump that I needed. The staff at Discount Inboard Marine saved me the inconvenience of receiving an incorrect part and returning it to the company. Karen was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I work in the customer service area and truly appreciate excellent service when I receive it. There is no substitute for the experience and top quality customer service that I received from Discount Inboard Marine. more

I have ordered from Skidim for almost 20 years. Vince is more knowledgable than my dealer. I try to ask my local dealer a question and all he ever says bring in your boat. I think they are the best.. . more
