bought a camera there and found out i over paid 8/12/2005

i guess this place is made for ripping tourists off only. if you live in the city, only go there if you are in desperate need of a camera. i mean the quality is the same as any where else, so why pay more for it? if you're a tourist, then i guess at kearny street, you got to buy the camera there or you wont be able to find it anywhere else without access to the internet or knowing the city. more

discount camera is the camer-a to go to if you're on a real tight budget. they have tons of inexpensive cameras that are all pretty decent. their selection is good and their service is on par with that as well. they sell all types of cameras, film, accessories, tripods etc. their staff is friendly, efficient, and reasonable. i suggest discount camera to any student or anyone on a budget. more

Service varies 7/14/2005

I came here to buy my first digital camera, and it was a great experience. The person helping me seemed like he really knew what he was talking about and was very patient with me. He spent a lot of time helping me pick out the right camera. However, I went back recently for a second camera and got terrible service. The person helping me this time had no idea what they were talking about, and on top of that he was extremely rude as well. I probably would not come back to this store. more
