Custom Install 2/6/2014

First time visit to this shop to install new exhaust and trailer hitch. They took their time and did an excellent job. Very honest and up front with me. I would use their service again. more

Excellent customer service 1/26/2014

I received a reminder in the mail that my brakes needed to be inspected. About the same time I started hearing a noise that sounded like my brakes were going out. I went in to have my back brakes checked. After they were inspected I was told they just needed an adjustment. Some places would have charged me for a brake job I didn't need. And they replaced a broken spring for free. I paid a fraction of the price. This is the second time I have been to Discount Brake & Auto Repair. It is nice to find a car repair business that is honest and has great customer service. I won't my truck anyplace else. And YES I do highly recommend them. Fast, friendly service. more

The type of costumer service tou just don't see anymore. These guys are super. I walked in there not having a clue what was wrong with my Suburban. Myom and I had broken down just down the street. Jeff immediatly helped me by figuring out the problem. He refused to replace anything until je knew for sure it was necessary. He did not talk to me like a dumb female like most shops do. He explained things to me so that I had a clear understanding. They were able to fix my truck the same day and did not drain my bamk account. I have since taken it back to them to have cat replaced and a week later it was determined the new one was no good. They replaced it again in one day at no charge to me. I will be a loyal customer for a very long time. This is what an auto shop is supposed to be like. more
