Dirty South Customs

On top of waiting in the lobby for nearly a half hour until someone was able to speak with me, the guy who was getting me set up with the uhaul rental was on a personal phone call throughout the rental paperwork. He didn't know how to work the online application so that process was painful. I was told the furniture pads were in the back of the truck, so I didn't look. Once I had opened the back of the truck when I got to my house, there was cardboard and styrafoam all over the inside. Also, no furniture pads. Gas tank was only filled to 1/4, which I thought was weird. I returned the uhaul after stopping at the gas station to fill back up to 1/4 tank. Nobody was willing to help me b/c there was a rap video being filmed inside the facility. Yes.. A rap video!! So I left the keys in the drop box and went on my way. I got a voicemail the next day claiming I hadn't filled it back to 1/4 tank, which I did. And that I hadn't return the furniture pads which were never given to me. Total additional charges charged to my credit card of $83. I was never able to reach them by phone the next few days to rectify the situation. \r \r Stay away from this place! Nobody knows what the hell they are doing in there and can't run a proper business. I will never return and would suggest that nobody else do either. more

These guys rock, they know their wheels and fitments better than anyone around, they only use the best products and do the best work possible the first time, each and every time. I buy wheels from them for my own custom builds as well as refer my customers to them for the best in wheels and fitments. I had been to this shop a few times before with my boyfriend while he was looking at the differnet rims and sound equipmentand the staff had always seemed friendly and helpful. When I went recently to get my windows tinted there the staff was just as helpful and nice to me as they were to him, a regular customer. They are also very price conscious and will match any price that a different shop quotes you. The ladies might also appreciate that they didnt try to make my life harder because i'm a woman who doesnt know as much as other people about car equipment. I am very happy with my tint and the life-time warranty it came with. more
