I had the worse experience with Directv and it’s to long to write but they charge me for dispatch of $90 which no one ever came I called everyday to speak to the supervisor but was never available finally I get a hold of one and she’s very rude talking on top of me and had a strong accent I cancel my account with and never never again. more

Excellent Service. I have never had a better customer service experience with a company. The install techs are very friendly and skilled. Never had one billing problem. As far as rain fade, it only goes out one or two times a year. Snow is not a problem if you fill a squirt gun with hot water. I think that I will be a customer forever. more
