I used to love this place. We ordered from them every week for the past three or four months. Good food, even if the prices are a bit steep for being in a Chevron station.\r

Tonight, however, changed my opinion for good. We called at five PM to order two cheese steaks. We are given the normal half hour waiting time. That comes and goes. At 45 minutes, we call and are told they are in traffic. Mind you, we live 5 blocks away. Traffic? They told us ten minutes. Another 15 minutes pass. We call again. We are told they are on their way - we're the next people in line for delivery - and they would be there in two minutes. Another fifteen minutes pass. We call AGAIN and the owner tells us, "Well we sell a good product. I can't control how much the phone rings and how many orders we get. It will get there." We explain that they had told us the order was out already and there was traffic. He said, "I never said that. I don't even know who you are. People are ordering a lot tonight and you just have to wait or cancel your order." The OWNER spoke to a customer this way! He says our order will be there in four minutes. Another fifteen minutes went by before it got there. The owner was just as rude and disrespectful to his clients in person. Berated us. Tried to build up his business like it was god's gift the food world to people who, up until then, had been regulars. We informed him that we found his treatment of his customers very unprofessional and that the least he could have done was inform us that the food was going to be late. He still was not able to apologize. More of his "when you offer a product as high quality as ours, you have to expect to wait." At first he offered the food for free, but as soon as we said we would not be ordering from his again, he retracted his offer. We closed the door in his face and he began pounding on the window and yelling at us.\r

I will NEVER EVER patronize this man's business again. I don't care if he's selling cheese steaks made of kobe beef for five dollars.. if you treat your customers like they're not important, why would they ever order from you again?
