Visited the Calhoun store 9/9/2013. Handicapped ramp was blocked with a rack of clothing outside the store. Mom and I and one other person were only customers in the store. We saw 3 staff members. No one offered to wait on us. After requesting that Mom's foot be measured, staff member had to hunt up the tool. Was necessary to request that second foot be measured. Because the shoes we were interested in were at the opposite end of the same isle, staff member cleared off bench in front of the shoes, told us we could move to the area in front of the shoes (Mom is 87 and already had shoes removed). We moved and the staff member promptly disappeared. Is this how Diprima's staff has been trained? HOW RUDE! Appeared to be no interest in customer service AT ALL. Had been a couple of years since we had been to this store. We have no plans to return. Walmart service at Diprima's prices. Will try the Cartersville store next. What is going on with these people? Must not need the business. Wish I could have scored them less than one star!
