Best Prom Dress Shop 10/14/2011

Thank you for all of the help with Catherine's senior prom dres, hair & make-up. We could not have been more pleased! A big thank you to Alex for doing Cat's hair and make-up. Her earrings and ring were also absolutely beautiful. Overall, we had a great experience at this store and definitely recommend it! more

Wonderful Bridal Boutique 10/3/2011

I wanted to thank Dimitra Designs for making my bridal experience such a wonderful one. Our search began in North Carolina as well towns in South Carolina and none of these bridal shops compared to Dimitra's. They were absolutely wonderful, starting off with out attendant who made sure I got the dress I truly wanted. She was absolutely wonderful and patient, considering the fact that I was clueless as to what I wanted. After I ordered my dress, I had to get it altered. The alterations department was absolutely wonderful and got the job done on time. Overall, I would recommend this store to anyone. more

Magical Bridal Experience 9/28/2011

This store was absolutely GREAT! Linda was fantastic at helping me find my perfect dress. The dress didn't quite fit the first time but the alterations department was incredible. Overall, I highly recommend this store and its staff. The bridesmaids department was excellent as well, helping me find all teh dresses I needed! more

This store was amazing! top-notch. From the staff to the great selection of dresses, Dimitra Designs was an excellent experience. We bought a prom dress online and it shipped on time and in perfect condition. The staff was really helpful over the phone when helping us find this dress. more

I will never forget how easy you made it! 8/5/2011

I wanted to thank you for helping me find the wedding dress in these pictures. I truly was losing hope before I called your salon. I had found the dress on line and because it was about to be phased out, no salon from Michigan (where I live) to South Carolina had this dress in their store. You offered to have it shipped from a trunk show just in time for my visit to SC to see my then, fiance. I had hope again! As soon as Jessica opened it from the bag, I just knew it was it! She helped me find the perfect veil and deal with me for a couple hours. I didn't want to take it off! To this day my family and friends remind me of how beautiful our wedding was and how much they've never seen a dress like that. It was very, very unique and fit so well! Thank you for your service! A big thank you for Jessica! She helped me during my visit in February. You are truly a special person. I got to witness not only with me, but other brides how you make them feel so beautiful!!! Even though the dress I fell in-love with was out of my budget, it was still my best experience at a bridal boutique. Continue to make every bride feel like they are on top of the world! more

I was in a while back looking for a wedding dress, and Jessica was my consultant. While I ended up with a dress from a different salon, I wanted to write in and compliment Jessica on what a wonderful consultant she was. She really got a feel for what I was looking for, and was a pleasure to work with. My Kleinfeld consultant didn't measure up! Thanks! more

Terrible coward people! 1/19/2011

i went here to look for my wedding dress an when I walked in I thought that it was going to be a great place cause I looked nice but, after I started tryin on dresses they was very rude! They wouldn't help me, when they thought a dress was ugly they would tell me it looked horrible on me take that dress off! So I left an thought about it an I was going to give it one more try so I went back an I took some of my bridesmaids! Some of them had small kids an they had to bring them.. Well we walk in an dimitra herself looked at us an said i don't know what y'all r goin to do with those kids an walked off.. She talked like we was goin to leave them in the car! Well I stayed an I found a dress I loved! I asked them who made the dress an they walk around that question an wouldn't tell me! That's because they take the original label out of the dresses an put there label in them so you can't go an get the dress somewhere else! So I ask them if I put money down on the dress could I get the money more

BEST EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE!!!!!! 12/4/2010

i disagree with the below comments! my experience was the best a bride could ask for. i was helped right away when i walked into the door even though i did not have an appointment. my sales consultant, courtney was very polite and professional. i could tell she knew what she was doing; i want to thank her for being so patient with me also. i tried on many gowns until finally i tried on the one that she had picked out for me from when i first walked in. i also reccommend not judging a dress before trying it on, my dress looked horrible hanging in the bag but after her finally having me try it on i fell in love with it and i know it is the perfect dress. i got my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses picked out in one day. i will be returning for invitations and tuxedos also! thank you so much dimitra designs for making my experience exceed my expectations. more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service 11/28/2010

We went here to look for a pageant dress for my pageant. I went with my best friend and I got to try on ONE dress and my best friend tried on about 15. The assistant didnt even know I existed. I came back that day with my mom and the lady wouldn't let me try on the dresses my friend tried on. I was VERY upset because I loved many of the dresses there. more

I would never ever use or suggest this shop to someone. The service is terrible. It seems they judge people in some way. They payed my daughter no attention because she was there with a friend and didn't have someone to actually buy the dress for her. Although I had just let her go look and planned on buying her what ever dress she wanted. Then when I went back with the two friends they wouldn't let her try on a dress! NEVER GO THERE!!!! more

We could not get anyone to wait on us. Very dissatisfied with service and the store was not very busy with customers. There was no help in the dressing room-we felt like we were on our own. more

The store is super organized - better than any other store in Greenville (we went to the ALL). I will suggest when you go to ask for Jessica. She was amazing and made everything worth while. I told her the style I was interested in and about our price range and she pulled about 10 - 12 dresses for me. more
