Dim Sum House can be easy to miss, as it's nestled on the bottom floor of the Remington Building. However, they have a reputation for good Chinese food that happens to be relatively inexpensive. My favorite is their Hong Kong Won Tun Min, which offers Chinese-style noodles in a tasty broth topped with about four won-tons filled with pork and shrimp.
Dim Sum House also sells surprisingly good take-out dim sum. They have a pretty decent variety and typically sell them in sets of threes. The mini-char siu manapua is also good and they are the perfect size for a pot luck type of meal.
