I am a huge advocate of buying from local businesses, I always have been and always will be but this store is bad for local businesses. The selling point of buying from a local store is customer service, chain stores will almost always have better deals and a much larger range of displays, but for me, knowing that the person I'm buying from will answer any question I have and help me even after the purchase is why I always buy from local stores. I was the only customer in the store and told the salesman I planned on buying a TV in the next few weeks and had a couple question, he literally told me, ""I am not in the business of answering questions, when you are ready to buy a TV come back and we'll talk"". I was dumbfounded and told the guy, I understand if he has a store full of customers or his phone was ringing off the hook, but literally I was the only person in the store and he was sitting in a chair watching TV! I told him its that kind of attitude that keeps his store empty! He told me come back in a few weeks when Im ready to buy and he'll talk to me. I said no thanks, I'll go to Giant TV or Berclair, he replied, those guys ""dont know their a** from a hole in the ground""....I said well I'll leave you with all of your customers and left. He had me so mad, it was a good thing I was on the other side of the room or I might would have crossed the line with that idiot!
