I make lots of corporate videos and audio programs and have tried different services in San Francisco over the years, but this place is the best. They do all of the work right in their shop downtown where there is plenty of open meter parking. Their disc and case printing is the best I've ever had. They've never missed a deadline for me and always have an answer when I throw them a curve ball. In addition to making DVDs and CDs I've used them for USB Flashdrive loading, video editing, quicktime and WMV creation, tape copies, transfers and subtitling. I've tried a couple of other places with nice websites but later found out that they subcontracted out their work. These guys are the real deal and do everything right there. They also have these great self service DVD & CD copying stations where you can make like 20 copies at a time super cheap. Also, when I bring in a DVD or CD for copying they test it to make sure that my original disc is good and will make good copies. I've had client playback problems with other companies copies, but not one complaint with the copies that I get from these guys. I understand that they just started offering IPod loading and LP to CD transfers as well. They are also open on Saturdays which I've taken advantage of for making copies of my own film on their self service stations. When I first called them they encouraged me to come down to the shop for a tour and I did. Other places that I've called or worked with just wanted me to send my stuff in and said that they didn't take care of walk in customers. Also, when I send these guys an order I always get my originals back. A few places in town I sent my stuff into before told me I wouldn't get my originals back and I didn't. I didn't like that. If you want to have a ""hands on"" experience I recommend going down to Battery Street and working with these guys.
Pros: Great Printing, Customer Service, Low Priced Options, Same Day Turn-Around, Open Saturday
Cons: Not open after 7pm or on Sunday
