As a small business owner, my expertise is interior design and decorative landscaping, but I am clueless when it comes to computers and I.T. After hiring and firing three I.T. people, a friend recommended the monthly managed I.T. service plan from Digital Ninjaz, and I am SO GLAD he did! Now I just pay a flat fee every month and it’s like having a lawyer on retainer. If my computer crashes, they fix it. If my Outlook email goes down, they just have a technician remote in to the computer and fix it without ever interrupting our staff or schedule. And if I have a big project like installing security cameras for a client or doing audio/video work as part of an interior design project, I can outsource the work to them and they have a whole network of specialists and custom craftsmen that do top-notch work for a reasonable price. more

For all my computer jobs big and small, Digital Ninjaz is the only place I go. They come to my office or home, and they can LITERALLY do ANYTHING related to computers. In the offices, they ran our network cabling, configured our new server, and installed security cameras with an iPhone app. They're authorized vendors for ADT, so they actually integrated the system with my ADT Pulse. They also configured all of our employees personal smartphones and tablets, so that we now have a formal, secure B.Y.O.D. policy with monitored Wi-Fi log-ins, company-specific apps and an intranet for interdepartmental project management and accounting. They've sky-rocketed my small business into the 21st century. more

I outsource my company’s I.T. work to Digital Ninjaz and it’s like getting ten I.T. guys for the price of one. One guy fixes computers, one is a network engineer, one is a software engineer, and they even have two shops where they can repair the company iPhones and iPads. No matter what time of day it is, there is always someone available to help me either remotely or on site, and the monthly maintenance plan covers all of these things, AND my software licenses and web hosting. This is a premium one stop shop. more

When my company grew from 4 to 15 employees, my computer system was a mess. Actually, I didn't even have a system. Laptops were crashing, emails were ""lost in space"", and my business was suffering from downtime. The guys at Digital Ninjaz helped me buy a server that was affordable but could still grow with my business, then networked all of our computers together, set up our Outlook and our in-house Intranet for service tickets. They also taught my employees a lot of useful shortcuts and tips for doing things faster and easier. Now I'm on a monthly service plan and my employees can just call them direct when there's a problem, and usually they can fix it remotely over the phone. These guys are amazing. I'm a customer for life. more

I’ve been outsourcing my I.T. work to Digital Ninjaz for about two years now, and I recommend their managed service plans to other business owners all the time. They host my website, backup data, program all of my employees’ computers and manage the server so I never have to worry about anything. I also don’t have to hire a full-time I.T. person. I just pay a monthly fee and have access to a dozen I.T. guys, 24 hours a day, on my site or on the phone. more

This company is a great place for local business owners who don’t have the time to deal with I.T. stuff. They networked my company’s computers with a new server and put me on a monthly service plan where I can call them anytime and I just pay a flat monthly fee. No more headaches about slow laptops, emails being down, antivirus software expiring. I just have all of my employees call Digital Ninjaz directly and they handle whatever I.T. needs we have. more

Last year I hired Digital Ninjaz to take the place of my in-house I.T. technician. I had been paying my employee a $45K salary plus benefits and we were always having problems and having to hire outside contractors to fix them. Digital Ninjaz put me on a monthly service plan where I pay a flat rate and get access to ALL of their technicians, plus their network engineers and repair shop for components. It's like having a giant corporate I.T. department available to me without paying for all of the overhead. This ""managed services"" platform is going to revolutionize the way businesses handle their computer needs. more

For help with computer networking and servers, this is the ONLY place to go. They work with a lot of businesses in the area, which is how I was referred to them. The techs came to my new office, ran cabling, built a server rack and a network that was customized for my line of work. Really, REALLY impressed. more

Great resource for a small business. We bought a pre-paid I.T. plan for five hours per month, and it's perfect! We got a discount on our anti-virus software, they do some routine maintenance on our six computers and we can also use the pre-paid hours for an emergency or after-hours problem. I've referred several other local businesses to them. more

I recently opened two new locations for my business and Digital Ninjaz got me a bulk discount on computers and tablets, and networked my three locations on to a server. They also installed cameras so I can manage and monitor my employees remotely. It was SO much more affordable than I thought it would be! And the peace of mind is worth every penny. I have already recommended them to several friends for their business I.T. needs. more

The techs came to my home and set up my family's desktop, laptops, iPads and iPhones all on the same network so we could share a printer and use the Cloud together. My parents own a small chain of Vietnamese restaurants, and I make a lot of their phone calls because their English isn't the best, I guess it's the accent... One of the technicians here was fluent in Vietnamese; it was so amazing! I almost cried when they were talking to each other and the technicians fixed all of their problems over the phone. \r \r Another employee, I heard speaking Spanish in the background, and it's just really exciting to work with a company that is diverse and caters to a lot of different ethnic groups. more
