The program is to help ex-convicts reintergrate into society by helping them find jobs, a place to live, and reestablish healthy family ties. Families are not invited to counseling sessions, even after they find a place to live, they are STILL paying 25% of EACH paycheck to the charity and families can only spend 1 1/2 to 2 hours 2 times a week with them. It seems to me that this is just making it even harder for them to get back on their feet.
Pros: Placements for convicts reentering society
Cons: Many drawbacks.
