I was there twice due to dumb stuff that I did. First, in 2000 I broke my foot running, went to Dr. Thomas Harris, who put me back on my feet, proposed a recovery program, and I was running again in about three months. Full recovery, no complications. Second, in 2003, I was bench pressing when I felt a pop in my shoulder. Turns out I ruptured the pectoral tendons, tearing all three of them off the bone on my upper arm. Dr. Michael Fraipont did surgery, re-assembled my mess, and again, was 100% in six months. Last year, 2007, I benched 300 lbs. in a contest. This is an excellent group of professionals, and their recovery is geared at having their patients doing what they were doing when they were hurt. They don't believe in telling us to stop engaging in athletics; their philosophy is to put is back what we were doing. Nothing negative to say, great medical group, very professional and cordial physicians and staff, five well-earned stars for Congress Medical Associates.
Pros: Professional and responsive physicians, attentive staff.
Cons: On occasion, waiting room is crowded, but that's because these guys are good.
