This is our 5th car from MacKenzie Ford. Dan Clark had the Expedition we wanted to look at ready for us up front and ready to look over and test drive. Highly professional and personable. Not pushy at all. Knowledgeable about all the systems and told us to pop in any time if we had questions. Seamless transaction and almost painless. I would recommend Dan Clark in the future. more

I originally went to Dick's Mackenzie Ford just to test drive a Ford Fusion. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Eli Poague who eventually helped me find my brand new car! Eli made me feel comfortable in what can be an overwhelming situation and patiently answered all my questions - especially about the pros and cons of leasing vs. owning a car. As a first time buyer I needed a LOT of help, and both Eli and Eric Owens did an amazing job laying out all my options and putting things in terms I could easily understand. I really felt that they had my best interests in mind and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything, even after several hours and being the last customer at the dealership (I may hold a record for longest car buying experience). In the end I walked away confident in my purchase and very pleased with the friendly, knowledgable, down-to-earth, no-pressure service I received. I would absolutely recommend you go see Eli Poague for your next Ford. more

hi, my name is faith carrara, and i just bought a 2002 Hyundai Santa fa from Dan clark. I had a wonderful experience with Dan. He was very friendly and courteous to me and my boyfriend, Dale.He showed us the two cars we were interested in and I fell in love with the Santa fa.\r He was not pushy at all. he should us the santa fa and i drove it. He was very helpful in getting us a really good deal on the vehicle.\r I told him all i had to spend was 6,000 in cash, and he worked his magic and got me the car\r for 5,927. Cleaned it all up for us and I drove it home. Yeah.\r I would recommend, Dan to anyone who was interested in buying a vehicle. In February of this year I was in the market for a new Truck. I discovered a truck on the internet at Dicks MacKenzie Ford.\r \r I contacted the dealer with my interest and made it very clear that I did not want a pressure salesman. I was told that I would be working with Eli Poague. I had very explicit interest and desires and did not want to play the haggle game. \r \r Eli made my purchase of a 2010 F150 STX very painless, No Pressure, No Games. Very Well Mannered, Polite, Friendly, Courteous, good humored and very knowledgeable. Was a pleasure to work with Eli. Highly Recommend him as your sales person if looking for a new or used vehicle.\r \r Unfortunately the F150 was totaled in a collision October 11th this year while on Vacation.\r \r I returned home on October 14th and yesterday October 23rd drove home a new 2013 F150\r \r Eli was once again my salesman by my request. We got a great deal on a used 2012 Ford Fusion, but the guy who sealed the deal for us was Eli Poague. We wanted something with good gas mileage at a low price. Eli showed us the Ford Focus, but it was a little too small, so Eli recommended a used Fusion. We were about to leave empty-handed, but we asked Eli to show us the website so we could check Dick's used inventory online. In the course of showing us the site, Eli found the Fusion and we fell in love with it. Friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgable about cars, Eli lets the cars sell themselves without the sales pressure you get from most other dealers. We needed to get into a larger vehicle at about the same or less payment and we decided to talk to Dan since we had previously bought cars from him at another dealership down the road. Dan gave us everything we asked for, a fair price on our trade, a fair price on the new car, no pressure and no hidden agendas! The finance guys were also great, seriously the easiest experience I have ever had. When a family member cant beat the service you're getting from Dick's at a dealership you had already bought 2 cars from, you know you have someone you can trust. Go see Dan, he will take care of you! more

Patrick is the guy you want to go to in order to buy a car. He set me up with the car I wanted, wasn't pushy, and made the experience really easy! The entire staff at the dealership is really nice also, the finance guy Darwin made great expert recommendation and i never once felt like i was being pushed to buy something. Naomi in the internet department was a great point of contact to get me into the dealership also. 5 stars to everyone there! more

I'd never bought a car from a dealer 3/3/2012

I'd never bought a car from a dealer before, so I wasn't sure to expect when I went looking today. My other half and I ended up at Mackenzie Ford because they were advertising a smart that we were interested in. We ended up working with Andy, who was a very nice, patient guy. Turned out the smart we wanted to look at was on another lot, so he took us down there, and let each of us test drive it. Once we decided it was the car we wanted, he helped us get the car and the three of us back to his lot. Andy was patient through the whole paperwork process, which seemed to take forever. I think the amount of time it took to process the paperwork, and get the financing took the longest. It was worth it though, we came home with the car, new plates, and a better financing rate that we'd planned on. more

Very good buying experience 12/14/2011

We came to MacKenzie Ford to purchase a Fiesta SE. After agreeing a price via email, we came into the dealership to complete the negotiation. Despite some minor misunderstandings about our email agreement, we worked with an excellent salesman called Andy Farhart. All through the sales process, Andy was open, honest and respectful. He worked with us to come to an agreement on the price we wanted for the car we wanted and was flexible and patient with us at all times. Working with Andy is far from the 'typical' car sales experience, in a very good way! more

I purchused my third vehicle from MacKenzie Ford. All my previous experiences have been fine but yesterday, I was escorted in the sale by Andy Farhat. Andy was very respectful, courtreous, knowledgeable, and I feel is a great asset to MacKenzie Ford. If I ever have need for another vehicle, I would highly prerfer Andy as my salesman. really good sales experience 11/23/2011

was with my daughter and granddaughter this weekend when she bought a new ford focus. the salesman's name is Andy Farhat. What a gentleman. He treated my daughter as if SHE were the buyer & she was instead of deferring to me. I looked after my granddaughter while they completed\r the deal.
