A customer for life 3/14/2012

My husband I recently drove through Dick Smith just to look around and kill time before we had to pick our child up from school. We got out to look at a Sonata, and fell in love with it. They had 1 exactly the way I wanted, and we ended up taking it home. we really were not in the market for a new car at all. Larry Taylor was our salesman, and I can honestly say that it was the best car buying expierence we have ever had. He was not pushy at all. He is very nice, honest and informative. we really didn't think the car was within our budget, but they made it possible. Everyone there was great. Thank you all so much. All the other car lots should take a lesson. more

Great service from Gordon Orr 2/16/2012

My salesperson, Gordon Orr, was especially helpful. He worked with me to find the model. trim package, and color in local inventory in order to get me the exact car i was looking for. I was dreading the pricing discussions, because sales people can be so pushy. However, Gordon and his manager worked with meet to meet my pricing expectations, and their finance department got me a great deal on financing. Gordon also helped me with my purchase of optional accesories and worked with the service staff to get my hood guard installed at no cost. I came to Hyundai because I was impressed with the warranty, but the courtesy and service of the sales and service staff at Dick Smith let me know that I made the right choice for my new vehicle. more

Ken Davis is awesome! 2/7/2012

Before we went to Dick Smith, I was dreading it because usually car dealers are so pushy. When we got to Dick Smith, Ken Davis was awesome! He wasn't pushy at all and was excited to help us! If you do go there, please ask for Ken and he'll make you laugh and make you feel comfortable. more

I have know Chris Stayer as a coworker and also a client for about 10 years. He is not only a skilled mechanic but also an outstanding business professional and manager. I greatly admire his ethics, integrity and commitment to complete customer satisfaction, often hard to find in the retail car business. I wish there were more stars to rate him. Fantastic Customer Service 12/6/2011

I went into Dick Smith due to a problem with and ipod cable i had gotten off line. I spoke with Jared Simmons in parts and he told me i would need the factory cable for it to work correctly due to the wiring. he also helped me price out a few more accessories i was looking into and gave me his business card if i had any other questions whatsoever. very knowledgeable group up there, they have earned my business. more

BEST SERVICE DPET AROUND 12/6/2011

I was immediately greeted by Aaron Pace upon my arrival with a handshake and a friendly smile! Me not being much of a car person had alot of unanswered questions about the repairs that i needed done to my car. Aaron took the time to explain everything to me in a manner that i could understand! He didnt use any fancy Technical Auto lingo to confuse me, he explained everything to my thouroughly and made me completely comfortable with the process! I must say that Aaron Pace's Customer Service is above and beyond anything that i could of ever anticipated! I would recommend Dick Smiths Service Dept to everyone around! Thank you again Aaron so much for all the help and service that you provided for me!! E.P more

The service at Dick Smith is always top notch. The service manager, Chris Stayer is always around to answer any and all questions that I have. He is a former master technician, so he is extremely knowledgable about the vehicles. Will definitely return for all my service work. more
