great service 2/4/2014

I took my wife's Hyundai in for the 10,000 mile check. Took 35 minutes. Everything that was done was explained. Car was washed and on time. Waiting room was big and had free drinks. Month before took my 2014 Nissan in for the 5000 check at Nissan of Greer. Waited 1 hr 15 min. Nothing was explained. Waiting room was right next to the showroom, very small. No wash. Big difference. more

Brought my car in to Dick Smith's dealership for service and was pleasantly surprised at the speed, friendliness and ease of getting my car serviced there. The staff was very friendly, curtious, knowledgable and the dealership was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend the dealership to anyone. more

Good, reliable service 11/13/2013

My car was towed in for a starter lever problem that was covered by warranty. Dick Smith Hyundai looked at it right away with no early notice, ordered the part, and had me back on the road within 24 hours. more

A very honest and sincere mechanics came out to explain to me thoroughly the problem of my car. He is an elder man who exudes confidence and ethics. You feel security listening to his explanations and security to have a honest repair and,. . . therefore a honest price. I recommend Hyundai at Greenville to keep up this good work! more

I was extremely upset that I wasn't told ahead of time that my oil change wasn't covered under my warranty. I thought it was covered within the first 100,000 miles more
