Today I have to let everyone know that my experience with the Axel Family was beyond what words can define! I was able to get the most beautiful engagement ring, but most of all they took their time to show me how to purchase a diamond that will be a value handed down through generations! My family and I have been customers for almost 20 years. They custom made my wife's engagement ring, our wedding rings, watches for Christmas and now we are shopping for our kids. It's nice to find a family business that treats you how they would want to be treated. After almost 20 years of business I feel like a part of their family. And even now, we live hours away, we still drive in to DFW for the Diamond Wholesale Experience. My experience has been wonderful! more

BEST ALL IN ONE FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED JEWELRY STORE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS HAS ALWASYS BEEN VERY POSITIVE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TOOK TO MEET MY NEEDS. I WAS ABLE TO GET A CUSTOM RING MADE TO MY PREFERENCES AT A RESONABLE COST. AFTER I MADE ALL OF THE ARRANGEMENTS TO THE SPECIFICATIONS OF MY RING IT, IT WAS COMPLETED BEFORE I COULD LEAVE THE STORE (FIGURATIVELY SPEAKING).
