1. It took two days to get a call back from the secretary, was told he would call me later that day; the next day he calls.
2. I finally was able to talk with him and explain the problem. He was to call back with information about options, I never heard back. Luckily, there was no problem. If there had been a problem, I would have been out of luck. He is not responsible for anything, even if he gives bad information. Read the fine print in the paperwork you have to sign and return back before doing a survey.
I would never use this service, or refer to others. I had questions I needed answered. I calling multiple times during the day; always got the answering service. Spare yourself a problem when you are trying to get everything done for closing and do not use this service.
