Well, this is not going to be a good review on this dealership. I have already called their corporation and emailed the General Manger for the Auburn location with no answers back. So it is up to you if you want to experience this or not.\r \r 1 week on the job salesman Johnny Carruthers: \r Extremely Hyper, Can't keep his hands off the female customers, Chain Smoker during the entire sales process, Flirting with a 22 yr old pregnant girl while her husband went to use the restroom. When it came to the actual deal.... He was actually lying about how the loan was sent to two different banks when his Manager Mike Monfreda had confirmed that the computer system showed no banks contacted on the loan. And the final insult form this Johnny Carruthers, was when we were sat at his desk by the Manager, he came over and started laughing at us!!!\r \r Now the Manager Mike Monfreda... Had no reaction when told about the unprofessional sales man. Literally walked us out the door telling us he had no cars to sell us. \r \r Hope you have a great experience with them. But, I will never go there again and only pass on what happened to my sister and I. P.S. Girls...Bring a guy with you if you want to feel safe. more

i was a manager at diamond in auburn mass.i would like to write a brief description as to the events leading up to mr duffy,s comments.i was the mananger that day and my salesman mr jim leslie,had located a vehicle for mr duffy.well the day came for delivery,the new car was ready .mr duffy drove a hard bargain.when it was time to appraise the trade,a very old 2 door explorer.the problem was is that it was at a repair station about 40 miles away.we called the repair station to inquire about the condition of mr duffys trade,we were informed that it was in very bad condition.mr duffy wouldnt hear of it ,we were already at invoice and below.my salesman said he would give him 1200.dollars for it.i as the manager offered him $100. as ther e ill be fee,s to retrieve this vehicle he blew up.from the get go he was very rude and overbearing.not all customers are right i wish him well,iam sure he doesnt have many friends. more

I bought a 2008 GMC from Bill Fernald and Brian Decot. They treated me with respect, answered all my questions, and got me to the right payment. It was a hassle free expereince. STAY AWAY from this dealership!!!!!!!? - ? - 2010-02-07\r Worst car dealership experience ever! The sales men (Bill Fernald and Brian Decot) lie, and when you catch them in one of there lies, then they swear at you! They tried to sell me a new truck that was in an accident. When I found out about it they offered to delete there outargues documentary fee of $489. At time of delivery owner/ manager Kevin told me I had no choose but to pay there documentary fee and if not, he sell the repainted truck as new to someone else. When I told him that was wrong he stated they do it all the time and to ""F"" off. I told him I'd call corporate in Detroit and he said they can ""F"" off too! ""We are an independent dealership and we do what we want"". Needless to say I bought else were. If your looking for a new Chevy go to Dillon Chevrolet in Greenfield, MA they sell at invoice no haggling and there doc fee is only $100. Best buy experience ever!!! As for Diamond Auto STAY AWAY!!! Worst Car Buying Experience Ever! 10/7/2009

I wish I read the reviews here before I bought my car. Yes, Brian and his brother, along with Bill are the worst. They scammed me out of $500. Caused me a tremendous amount of anguish for taking delivery of my car (missed days of work to pick up the car which was not ready). I was told the registration was ready when it was not, etc. No returned phone calls. Since taking the car, I've had my auto insurance cancelled twice because they have not provided appropriate paper work to the insurance company. I even found out today that they provided erroneous information to the satelite radio company. The saga continues three months later. I've filed complaints and called the owner. No one has responded. Please do not give these people any business. And, if you have had a bad experience, please file a complaint with the attorney general's office. With more complaints, hopefully they can take action against these clowns. Cons: Rude, Unresponsive, and No Follow Through on Sales Agreement more

Sales Manger is Hot Head 4/11/2009

Buyer Beware of Hot Head Sales Manger. The sales force was great but when it came time to sign the financing the deal went terribly wrong. Sale manger Brian Decot disputed the trade in value by $100, which I had in writing, and berated me in front of the finance mgr. and the salesman. Once he gave in to the $100 he sarcastically extended his hand to me and said ""THANK YOU FOR SCREWING ME'. I refused to shake his hand and called him a male body part. I hope if anyone is seriously thinking of buying a car there that they reconsider. best car dealer 8/19/2008

when i went there i first thought things were a mess. then i realized they were helping people and were taking time to do so. i saw families, old people ,young couples all being attended to. dealrship was in process of new construction. but even through this they helped me by taking time. no pressure no headache Pros: treated with kindness and respect Cons: can't wait to tell my friends how great these people are! more

lack of Customer care 1/31/2008

Salesman never followed thru on purchase and when asked to resolve issue passed buck to another person without hesitation or resolution. Not very reliable in sense? Where is the GM??? Pros: easy to find Cons: unprofessional and not customer oriented more
