Greg was very pleasant, and knew exactly what was wrong with my a/c unit. After a night without air, it was so nice to enjoy the coolness that Greg was able to provide us. I've used Dial One Mears for many years and they are always the first ones I call with any heating or cooling needs. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs service. more
