Dexter Cleaners

I would not reccomend this place. I dropped off some items, and Dexter cleaners cant find them. UGH Pros: nice clerk at Hacks Cross Cons: Lost Clothes more

Two weeks ago my husbands uniforms were lost/missing from my order when we went to pick them up, very upset as he was to where them that day, they said the plant was down, however they did not call us to let us know that these very important items would not be ready as promised. They were found the next day and we picked them up and they looked very nice, but no call from manager as promised., likely manager was not notified by store employees.\r \r Next instance dropped off clothes, one shirt had a brown burn-like mark, and two unifrom shirts were not pressed, very wrinkled, didnt even look like they had been cleaned. After disputing the charges for the items with a VERY RUDE and unprofessional employee, I was assaulted by the employee and was absolutley terrified. WILL NOT BE BACK!! a friend of mine just got assaulted by one of the employees because she was disputing a charge. the manager simply told her she would relocate that employee to another location....???? what???? more
