Dewey Griffin Buick-GMC-Subaru

Go anywhere else. ANYWHERE else. Other sites had so many bad reviews warning buyers from dealing with this dealership due to their bad business practices ("" price switching"" - advertising a different price to get you in). My husband and I ignored these reviews and our reward was experiencing it first hand. Not only did they deliver when it came to ""making a mistake"" on the sticker price of a used Outback Premium but, even after we gave them another chance and were ready to make a deal (salesman took deposit info) they changed the deal completely and added $2500 to their ""offfer"". WHAT??? We were in shock. They had previously only wanted $200 more than our offer. Ready to PAY for our vehicle, they basically squashed the deal. I have no idea why, other than they decided they wanted more moolah. TIP: any deal you are happy with, make sure someone is recording the conversation that takes place. Do not take them at their word, it's worthless. We were foolish not to listen to real people sharing their horrible experiences with this ""family run"" dealership. It's no wonder the BBB gives them a whopping F. more

Sent an email inquiring about a new G8 GT and got a phone call back the next day saying they had one in stock, not only that but the salesman on the phone told me that the manager was going to honor a deal on the car. When I asked about the deal he said that his manager wrote down that he would sell the car for either 27800 (pretty good price) or 29800 (average) but that he couldn't read the manager's handwriting to know which it was. I said great, and that I was in the area anyways, so I decided to stop by. more

He found almost the exact car and we negotiated a great price. I even go him to give me free car washs for life. HAHAHA. I WILL buy my next car there!!!!! more

Dewey Griffin Subaru was easy to buy my new 2011 Outback. I highly recommend to anyone. Dewey Griffin sales or service becouse they went the extra step. I had moved to bellingham five years ago and found Dewey Griffin Subaru to service my car 2005 Outback, they took care of all my service needs. Everyone was friendly and i just felt like i was at home. I noticed that Subaru made a new look for the 2010 Outback i had to get it but they where all sold out, so i got a 2011 Outback. The salesman was great i'm so very happly. more
