It has been a most incredible journey to find an auto that met our present day needs. In a most sincere way, I was dissapointed not to be able to continue with a Lincoln Town car after having driven one for 37 years. At the same time, I also have never had a salesman quite like yourself in over fifty years. it has been a most gratifying experience working with you. There are not enough superlatives to describe your approach in selling an automobile from beginning to end. I could not get over how you understoon our mobility needs immediately and went the extra mile to accommodate our every need. would like to take this time to say that I picked up my new Cadillac CTS yesterday and I am not only happy with my new car, but very happy with the way in which Chris Posey handled himself as a true Professional Salesman. When you're in Real Estate, you have to become ""methodical"" in order to survive in my industry. Thus.....you become ""methodical"" when you are purchasing a new car and Chris came through and answered every multiple question that I had and followed through on the upgrades on the car. I tried to explain to him that 'THIS IS A TEST"" ha-ha! I know what it takes to put all the groundwork together to make a sale and if I had a company, I would hire him myself. Of course, I would cancel out those daily buffet lunches he takes! You know I'm only kidding! Chris Posey is a prime example of a Salesperson that takes pride in his work. more

I bought my 07 ESV Escalade from this dealer because of reputation. The entire buying experience was pleasurable and first class. No pressure, and highly professional staff. I liked the fact that their GM, Mark, took time to chat with us both before and after the sale. I might note that I drove 150 miles to buy from DeVoe. What really makes this dealer stand out, is that I recently went on a long road trip in the car, and found it was more uncomfortable than I would have liked...so uncomfrotable, I was thinking of trading. I called down to Devoe to tell them them this and see if they might have a Mecedes or some other large Highway SUV to trade for and explained my disappointment in the Escalade on this long trip. The salesman I spoke to, asked if he could call me back. A few minutes later, Mark, the GM personally called back and we chatted and I told him why I was considering another brand and he asked me what size wheels were on my car....I told him the nice looking 22"s, he then suggested I drive down, and let them place some new 18" wheels and tires on it and let me drive it out on the Interstate and see how they ride, in addition he said he had several used cars I might be interested in. I went down yesterday, the put the new wheels on the car, washed it and I went for a short drive and immediately could tell a huge improvement in the ride. I did not even go to interstate. I went back and paid him a fair price for these "takeoffs" as someone had upgraded a new car to bigger wheels with the idea, that after a week or so of driving, if I didn't like, they would take off and give me my money back. I drove 150 miles home and it was a new car and I can not say enough about this dealership and the personal attention they give. more

I recently purchased a CTS Cadillac with the chrome package from your dealership. I am absolutely thrilled with my new car. It has everything I wanted on it. That being said, the purpose of this is to share with you how pleased we were with out salesman, Gary musselman. He spent much quality time with us looking at the various Cadillacs and our options. He never tired of answering our questions. Sometimes the same ones over and over. Purchasing a new car is a major decision and should not be made without much thought. We definitely felt that he wanted us to be sure of our decision and should not be made without much thought. {We want to thank DeVoe Cadillac. ~We are from Falls Church, Virginia, and are in Florida for our annual refuge from winter weather in January and February. On January 26, we took our 2010 DTS in for the recent Safety Recall and, at the same time, for correction of three or four very minor problems covered by the warranty.~~Our Cadillac dealer is Moore Cadillac, Chantilly, VA, where we have always gotten outstanding service throughout the many years that we have been Cadillac owners. I have bought my first Cadillac there and I have been always very pleased with their service and friendliness. I had a few problems with the car in the first weeks and DeVoe Cadillac did their maximum to solve the problem. I have been dealing with other dealers in the area and can tell Devoe is way over them! more
