I have only been a customer for three months after years of searching for a hairdresser who would consistently do a good job. Linsey did a good job and she is a very friendly, interesting person (and I love the scalp massage). This week's haircut is the best so far! more

a night to relax 9/16/2011

I have been visiting Details for years now and have grown a long main of perfectly treated hair. My friends and family also visit, even for birthdays!Last night three great women helped me get settled after having to cancel an appointment the prior day... it all went slick. I hadn't had my hair colored or cut for almost 1 year before I went to Details. I loved eveything about the salon! The color and the cut are amazing and everyone was super nice. I would recomened this salon to everyone I know. more

Relief! 8/19/2011

I love going to Details! I have been driving across town to get my hair done there for years (10? 12?) Christina cuts, colors, and styles my hair perfectly each visit. When she is too busy, there are plenty of excellent stylists to take care of me. She's not afraid to tell me what will NOT look good when I think, "Time to do something different..." I always leave feeling relaxed, renewed and relieved. more

Great talent, poor management 8/2/2011

I had been going to Details salon for several years. In this time, I have gone through 3 hair stylist who were equally talented and I really liked them. Unfortunately none of them are there anymore. Each hair stylist had the same reason for leaving: management! What a shame. I would strongly recommend a different management style as this one is not working for your salon. P.S: Erica at the front desk understand customer service and makes the experience much more personable and welcoming. more

Linsey is the bomb! 8/2/2011

I miss Linsey doing my hair! I relocated to WA and my biggest concern was leaving my awesome hair dresser Linsey. She always made my hair look great. I had confidence every time I left Details that my hair looked great. The color and cut, Perfect! I did something out of being desperate yesterday. I couldn't deal with the Grey hair so i got some chocolate color from my Barbar friend and went home and colored the grey. I look terrible today. I have a hair appointment after work so hopefully, it will be better later today. I miss Linsey and Details very much.. more
