I have been a regular client of Kim Ferguson's for 5 years and would never think of letting anyone else take care of my hair! She is professional, curteous, and very personable. She is knowledgeable and innovative in cutting, coloring, and styling my hair. I have never had anything less than a great experience with Kim and would highly recommend her. more

Elemental Facial 10/19/2011

Karen was very helpful and explained the options available to me when I requested a facial at Details hair salon. Karen is also a licensed masseuse so along with my facial I received a comforting and relaxing shoulder head and neck massage. I did not feel pressured or rushed in to buying any products. Details Hair and Spa staff are always friendly and offer Tea Water or any other refreshment I might want. I will certainly visit again. more

I received a free haircut coupon and went in on Monday. Bree was very friendly and nice. She knew exactly what to do to my hair even with my vague suggestions on what I wanted. I'll definitely be going back! more

Quite happy! 10/13/2011

I am quite happy with not only the salon, but Brittany- my stylist. I do not have set appointments. I call as I need it but she always lets me know if there is a busy time comming up to make sure I am accomodated. She never pushes me for services I do not need which would end up over processing my hair. I really appreciate that! Plus, you can have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while you get your hair done. The only thing better would be foot massages while your color sets. ;) more

I had very dark hair and wanted a lighter color I didn't know what to expect since I never color my hair anything different than black or dark brown. Linsey was AHmazing! I showed her a few pictures and she did EXACTLY what I wanted! I'm so thrilled it turned out just how I wanted it. I really felt taken care of. Everyone is super nice and they have a fun vibe. Thank you linsey soooo much!!!! more

Quick to fix a system error 9/17/2011

I had an early morning appointment with Brittney this morning. Unfortunately the system did not record my appointment with Brittney in her calendar (or admittedly I did not press confirm). The friendly receptionist and Brittney were both extremely apologetic and quick to fix the mistake. Brittney came in shortly thereafter to give me a quick and fabulous cut and also provided me with some Aveda goodies as a token of apology. I greatly enjoy this salon. It's so close to where I live. It's always clean. I love the stylists and the receptionists and everyone is extremely helpful. Thanks again for fitting me in this morning! more

Faren 9/17/2011

I loved Faren's hair cut and color it was an amazing experience as always with minor scheduling problems with the receptionist. The lighting in the studio I would say is something that could really enhance the salon if it was florescent light wich make hair and skin look dull and ugly!! more
