everything looked old and ratty. Prices were too high considering how worn the appearance of the items. The man behind the counter was the opposite of welcoming- he was rude and short with me and blantantly ignored me when i said "thanks" as i was leaving without having made a purchase. more

caution is the word 2/12/2011

Be cautious about consigning at this store. Our experience has been disappointing. Items were sold for far less than the agreed value and item other items seem to be lost. When I attempted to pick up the unsold merchandise, much of which was not there, I was told " oh it must be lost or have been shoplifted" that was months ago and although the proprietor said they would attempt to find a merchandise and contact me they've yet to do so. Buy alot without spending alot 7/31/2005

Great place to shop for designer clothing without spending a fortune. Clothes are neat and in great condition. No junk at this store. Friendly sales people who are eager to help you if needed. New items come into the store all the time, so be sure to go back often. You will be glad you did. more

Bargain Shopping Gem 7/28/2005

I love to hunt for bargains, which makes Designer Consignments my kind of store! The affluent surrounding areas makes the selection choice, and the frequent sales on top of consignment prices makes the deals wonderful. I have often found items that still had their original price tags on them. On the flip side Designer Consignments is also a great option to make extra cash on your unwanted clothes. The store also carries purses, wallets, shoes, wedding dresses and a myriad of other merchandise. This place is a must stop for every bargain hunter! more
