The people at The Design Emporium are very very sweet and very articulate! They really seemed to know what they were talking about. Satisfied 5/2/2012

I would have given them a 5 but I wound up with 1.5 rolls left. I was a little distressed that I had to pay for that. Sarah from The Design Emporium explained that it wasn't an exact science. It was a relatively small bathroom. That was what I was little upset about during my experience. She told me she could not take back those rolls. I was overall satisfied with my experience with The Design Emporium. more

I needed rods put up for my new drapes. Sara was on time and came when she said she would. It did not take her very long to measure. She quickly made an appointment for the rods to be installed. The people that came to put the rods in were all very professional, nice, and did a good job. more

This was our first experience with The Design Emporium. We needed some kind of window covering for our guest bedroom. Sara did a great job of recommending a window covering. They ordered it and installed it in a timely manor. It is really and upgrade for that guest bedroom. We were just very happy with the service. more

I had The Design Emporium do two bathrooms for me, and they just finished the second one last week. The men who did the work were very nice and neat both times. I don't have any problems with them. Their work was great, and so were they. more

I went in to The Design Emporium to pick wallpaper, but the one I picked from the book was new it hadn't even been printed yet. I had a deadline to meet, but what I needed wasn't available. That had never happened to them before, so they called and did a very good job of getting it to me all despite the complications. They got it to me by the deadline that I needed to meet. Not only were they very accommodating, they were pretty funny too. They seem a bit tough at first glance, but they're sweethearts. more

A great designer who was concerned about fulfilling my personal needs. 9/26/2011

I first used The Design Emporium several years ago for window coverings. Sara did such a good job for me at that time, that I hired her again recently for a large redecoration project. She helped me select flooring, draperies, furniture and upholstery. I like the way she conducts herself and her business. She is very professional, congenial and easy to work with. Sara pretty well knows my tastes and wouldn't steer me to something I wouldn't like or that wasn't a good product. She provided me with many samples to choose from, and though most of the time I agreed with her suggestions, when I chose something else, that was fine, too. I want quality items and contractors, and the people Sara recommended were all highly qualified. Working with her was a pleasant experience. Charlotte Isbill more

The Design Emporium is a very professional place to go to get wallpaper. I was a little surprised at how pricey wallpaper is now, but other than that everything was fine! I am very satisfied with my experience and if I had anything else to wallpaper, I'd definitely go back! more

Smooth and professional! 6/17/2011

My husband had been at Rollins College in a small museum on campus, when he stopped to look at some blinds or shades he thought might work for the condo we we're planning on moving into. We went searching for something similar at the large home improvement stores, but they didn't have anything of interest. I got out the phone book and found The Design Emporium. We drove out there on a Saturday, but Sara is only there M-F, so we chatted with the salesgirl there and then came back the following week when Sara would be there. We thought the service was great. Sara came out to our condo with samples close to what we had talked with her about. The blinds we decided to go with were expensive, I don't think she thought my husband would spend that much, but after I had chosen the color and style, he agreed and we went with it. They installed them before we moved in. We are very happy with them. They look great from the inside as well as from the outside looking in. We definitely recommend them, our experience went so smoothly. The final product is high quality and we love it! more

She's helped me with so many different projects over the years, from painting to wallpapering to decorating various rooms. Her resources are outstanding. We've used The Design Emporium three times before. We continue to use them because of the excellent quality of their products and the great service they provide to their customers. We ordered shutters for the front of our house from them most recently. The installer came and put them in. There was a little issue with one part, and it had to be reordered, which they did no problem. The installer came back and installed the new piece and it looks great. The shutters are of good quality and look excellent. We are very pleased with the results. more

I was looking for wallpaper for our commercial building office and I went into The Design Emporium. They were extremely helpful and let me take some books home to check out. I couldn't find anything I liked in those books, but when they got some new books in, they called to let me know, which no one else had done. We ended up finding something we liked and ordered it. Everything went exactly as planned. We had ordered quite a bit of wallpaper and there were some issues in getting it, but Sara worked to get things resolved and she did a really great job in doing so. The Design Emporium has a great selection of wallpaper to choose from. 3/18/2011

My experience with The Design Emporium was just fine. I went in, looked at some of their wallpaper books. They have tons of wallpaper books there to check out. I really liked what I saw. I borrowed a few of the books and took them home to really check them out. I decided what looked best and went back to return the books and to order the wallpaper.
