Desert Wind Awesomeness 5/26/2013

Deb has worked on my body tissue with Tenzo and my feet and hands with reflexology for a few years now and I feel much better than I did before. Not only has she helped therapeutically, but her knowledge of the human body has also guided me to better understanding of caloric intake and resultant behavior. Because of Deb, this weekly therapy is just as important to me as doctors visits. more

I received 2 sessions of B.E.S.T. and I believe Deb has a real gift for it. (It is seems to be a mixture of kinesiology and energy-body therapy.) I left her office both times feeling much more "whole", and energetic. (I have a background in psychology and human-potential research.) She has a good sense of humor and is generally an easy person to get relaxed with, while receiving treatment. more

Craniosacral 1/31/2013

I've meant to try craniosacral to release body tension for a few years and my only regret is that I didn't find Deb sooner! Gentle manipulation was all it took to get the energy "dams" to break -- it's the best way I can describe it. It felt as if a wave of energy was let loose to flow in places that it hadn't for quite some time. The most awesome experience was that my baby (I'm seven months pregnant) reacted to it, too! She started dancing when my hips and knees were released. more

stretching and massage for body and foot relief and relaxation 1/25/2013

I have had the pleasure of Reflexology on the Rocks as well as TenZo for at least twice a month for 5 years now. Helps relax my muscles which have always had a tendency to tighten. Deb Kortyna is very skilled at what she does and is far more capable at "bodyworks" massages overall than any other that I have had. more

Deb has been alternating weekly sessions of Ten Zo and Reflexology for the past six months and I have to say, this balance of massage seems to fit me very well. I suffer some neuropathy in my feet and not only have the reflexology sessions arrested the condition, I feel I'm gaining back feeling in my feet and toes. more
