Im by far one women that never complains but the taxi service in big spring is one i wouldnt take if it wasnt for the need to. I hurt my leg in a car accident around 4 years ago so walking is never a option for me and while i can ask friends i hate to be a bother to anyone. A few days ago i called during the day and requested a cab to the store, the cab driver showed up and when he honked for me to come out apparently started the meter and when i got in the car it was at 4.00. I asked why and he had a scarstic answer stating that this is his company and he can do as he pleases. I then keep smelling marajuana and asked if he did, he told me it was my imagination and what people do on there own time is no one business. After taking a long way to wal-mart and i mentioned that to him he told me i should just learn to walk then. I called the dispatcher and informed her of the way i was treated, i then learned his name was dale and that if i had a complaint i could talk to the owner, which i ask if he was one and was told he is co- owner. i did not appreciate the way she told me that the owner would call and i have yet to hear anything. On my trip back i had another gentleman and i use that word accordinly, because this young man helped me with my my bags and even told me a quicker way to get home. His wife even helped me in to the house and i greatly appreciate the kindness. So i recomand Jason and his sweetheart wife. If the ownwer wants to save his business i would get ride of his daytime driver dale and his he/she compainion. \r
thank you
