My sister in law and I started our own catering company in January 2011... we started very small and only had a few temporary ""helpers"" on staff when we first got started. Since then, we have been able to exand to 7 full-time employees and a staff of approx. 15 part timers... yet DePalo & Sons couldn't bothered to help us when we needed to upgrade and expand our business, it was like we were too small for them to be bothered. A friend recommended them and I always like supporting local business, but I recieved better service, better prices and overall appreciation of my business from a national online equipment supplier, which I never expected. I don't know how this company has continued to stay in business so long if this is how they treat people! more

Shopping here is one of the biggest mistakes I've made. Not only is the customer as bad as ever, but their salesmen do not know what they are talking about. After trying to make a return, they give me so much bullshit and threaten you. This is not the company you want to utilize. Pros: N/A Cons: Corrupt, greedy, horrible customer service, dishonest more
