I admire and trust my dentist completely. The staff is cheerful and thorough. However, There was one negative situation. I was not told of a co payment so that I had to leave the office without the treatment because I did not have that money avaiable. I was given this information as I waited for my appointment in the waiting room. It embarrassed me that I did not have this information prior to my appointment.Except for this one situation my experiences with this dental center is highly satisfied more

I had the whitening treatment done at your office. The persond that did the treatment was very nice and professional, but then again i never got her name, because like the dentist they do not introduce themselves when they fist meet the patient. I work in the health care field as well and giving your name is very important that way the patient can give you feedback. My overall experience was good. The treatment is kind of painful and long but that is how the treatment is and the result are great. Thanks more

the hygenist Regina gave excellent care and lots of reassurance! The doctor who gave the anesthesia was also very pleasant. They both put me at ease during what i considered a scary experience. more

Cleaning is Super ***** 4/27/2010

I had a crown done and it fell off three times already. It was within less than a year. One of the filling I had done was also replaced. I also had whitening done on it twice and it did not work. more

I am pleased with my visit with my dental hygenist. I thought the dentist was professional but he did not introduce himself before consulting my visit and it was very fast. Basically I left home with questions. But overall I thought the dentist was good. I did have a problem with my appointment and I was not pleased at all on how I was treated when I showed up for an appointment and the appointment was no longer in the system. more

Unsatisfied 4/17/2010

I have been dealing with dentists for many years and I may consider this experience the worst I have ever had in a Dental Center. I am still unsatisfied with the treatment (after several attempts to fix the issue). I found the staff that treated me unethical and unprofessional. I wish that there could be someone from this center that could make this feeling disappear from me, or at least listen to my complains. more

Un satisfied 4/14/2010

Over long wait, cancelled, rescheduled, temp caps came off on second day , constant loud clomping up and down asile. Constant chatter in what seem like Spanish, No one seems to be incharge, as area was devided in two areas. It would be nice, that when a patient can't be seen within the hour that he he should be told that the Dr can't see you in the next hour or so. So that he/she can reschedule. more
