My first visit and just in to have a check up at 10:30am and at 4:30pm left after having x-rays, best cleaning ever had, and a whitening which is the whitest my teeth have ever been and have had plenty of different treatments. Dr. Renee Friedman was the dentist and she recommended only 3 procedures that needed to be done to my teeth two cosmetic and 1 repair. I can't say enough more

1st visit checkup 7/10/2010

I waited more than an hour past the appointment time before I was even brought to the exam area. Then waited another 20 minutes or so before someone came to take xrays, the desntist got to the room 1 1/2 hours after the time of my appointment. Looked at the xrays, looked very briefly at my teeth and told me to wait in the hallway for someone to talk to me about my co-pay. $290.00 They should have told me that BEFORE they did any work!!!!Finally my teeth were cleaned and I left 3 hours after my appoinment time more

Wait, wait, and more waiting 7/8/2010

My last three visits went like this. First one, I waited one and one half hours to see the Doctor. Second one, I waited one and one quarter hours to see the Doctor. Third one, I waited one and three quarter hours to see the Doctor. Each time someone told me there was an emergency. Coincidence??? or someone has it in for me. I don't think it happens to all because I do see people coming in and going to the back as I wait and wait and wait. Love everyone once I get in. more

cavities filled 7/6/2010

The cavities were improperly filled. Food getting stuck inn top one and floss tearing in bottom one. There is space inbetween. That would have not passed dental school! He was unaable to get impressions for invisalign because of this! AND I WAS CHARGED $200 FOR SHODDY WORK!!!! more

The waiting time for a cleaning with the hygienist is rediculous. I had a 1 O'clock appt and wasn't taken in unitil 1:50 and not even started on at that time. If patients can't be on time they should not be seen, why should I be penalized and have to wait 50 minutes after my appt time when I was on time when others are inconsiderate and come late! I really planning to look for another dental office, one that has more consideration of the patients time. more

Disappointing 6/27/2010

I waiting 30 minutes before being taken to a room. During bonding of 3 teeth was ubruptly left with my head down with no explanation for more than 30 minutes on two occasion. more

Highly satisfied and will return to this beautiful facility in the future. The office staff and dental assistants/hygenists are professional and caring. Waiting room time was minimal and Drs. Sosa and Anguita are excellent! I will recommend this facility for anyone looking for a dentist. more
