Pleasant...with a bit of a wait 9/23/2010

The only issue I have is the occasional wait averaging for me between 40-50 minutes to be seen and worked on by the dentist or hygienist. Some people do come in well after me and are seen before me. This is not to say they may have had a an earlier appointment or are having a different procedure being performed, but it does make me wonder how they end up being seen before me. Otherwise, the staff is quite pleasant and engaging and I have never had a bad experience coming to this office. I do not want anyone to misconstrue what I have stated earlier about the wait, the visit to the office is always superb and the wait does not detract from the overall experience in any meaningful way. Definitely recommend this office for your dental needs. more

My appointment was for 6pm - the earliest I could do. I ran late and arrived at 6:20. The Dr and her assistant were kind enough to wait for me and, more importantly, gave me the proper attention and didn't speed through the work. The staff is very nice too. It's nice to go somewhere where they genuinely care. more

My immediate need was ignored and they were only concerned with their long term agenda. The two different divisons of the office did not coordinate with each other and gave conflicting information. I left without having service and had to go to another dentist. more
