Would like to say ""Hats Off"" to all the staff. I found myself VERY IMPRESSED with the efforts from being greeted at the front desk, your Massage Therapist, and the dental assistant and doctor. Having not had pleasant experiences in the past, wishing now that I had found your business a long time ago. I appreciate being informed of what the different procedures would involve. I was able to make informed decisions on facts. Thanks to all of your staff for making my needs feel important. Looking forward to my next visit. God Bless! more

The staff at Dental Bliss are awesome. Being a dental phobic who hadn't been to the dentist in several years, they put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable with the dental experience again. Thanks for the confidence building and I am looking forward to returning. more

What a jewel we have here in the Mid State area to have a such a great dentist office. If more doctors ran their practice the way this one is run medical care in the USA would be top notch. Run Don't Walk.. and Get in to see the Dental Bliss Team. You don't have to even want sedation just top notch dental touch.. then come on over. I've had multiple services provided by them and have been pleased with the care and attention given. Dental phobics unite and come on down.. you won't be disappointed you did. Even if your not scared to come to dentist.. what a truely great place.. isn't it just nice to know and not worry you will get great dental care from cleanings to crowns.. Go See Dr. Gardner you will want to come back again and again. more

This place is great if you do not need any real work. I went for a few years but when a problem hit- no go-. They have great customer service but the Dentist , who has all the latest gadgets still screwed me up. Do not get a crown from this guy. It took a specialist to fix it. She knows Dr. Dental Bliss, and he said "" never go back there"". My other favorite thing with this place is that they dropped my insurance plan but never told me, that is until I got the full bill, after services were performed. I called and asked what the problem was and the ""finance"" person told me they dropped my plan months earlier, they never told me but expected payment in full with all the demeanor of an auto dealership. Stay away and do not be swayed by the free cookies, sodas, water, and nice facility. One Dentist and 6 chairs You do the math. I mean would you take your car to a place with 6 assistant mechanics and one certified mechanic? Fine for an oil change but .... Just my opinion. Also ask yourself how one dentist can pay for that facility, Grand Piano, Spa, Lodge setting etc ? Oh maybe it is six chairs, one dentist. Thank you, Billy ( now missing a few teeth) more

I called Dental Bliss because I am a HUGE Dental phobic. I was in need of a cleaning, I hadn't even been to the dentist for 8 yrs. I explained this to them in great detail. The lady was very nice and understanding. She never made me feel that I was wrong or bad for not going before and said she was proud of me for calling. (That made me feel better). She explained what would happen when I got there, x-rays and an exam. Then asked if all that was ok with me. When I got to Dental Bliss, Melissa met me at the door, and called me by name. That has never happened at ANY other doctor's office I have ever visited. She showed me around, and she must have picked up on my nervousness because she stayed with me, I didn't even have to wait, Melissa introduced me to Marti, made sure I was comfortable and even asked me if it was ok for her to step out. Marti and I talked for a few minutes then she started the x-rays, they went quickly. After those were all finished Elizabeth came and asked if I wanted a hand and arm massage as Marti completed the exam. Really, how do you turn that down? Those two Ladies actually made this visit fun, the massage felt wonderful and really did help to ease my nervousness. Because of MY neglect to my teeth (my words not theirs) I am in need of more than a cleaning. Dr. Garner came in explained in more detail and very patiently answered all my questions. I was not scolded as I had been expecting. I even scheduled to have the work that is needed done. Thank You Dr. Garner and Ladies for your understanding! I actually look forward to seeing you soon. more

I called their office to get an appt. for a CONSULT about doing a little cosmetic work on my front teeth such as bonding...She told me that they charge $400 FOR THE FIRST APPT which includes x-rays!!! I didn't need x-rays..I just had those done with my own dentist...I only wanted a CONSULT about some minor bonding...Again, she insisted on x-rays..I told that I didn't want to pick up mine from my old practice until I was sure I was leaving that practice.. Soooo...without getting x-rays done, the CONSULT WOULD STILL BE $200!!!!....and they get a $100 DEPOSIT UP FRONT...I have been to MANY physicians and have NEVER heard of a consult being that high!!! It's RIDICULOUS for an appt that would take 15 min to a half hour at the most!!!! more

I had one experience with Dr. Garner. I did some work for him for which we bartered in exchange for dental work. I needed a crown and he performed the work. The crown has never fit well. When I went back to my normal dentist he couldn't believe it and said that there was nothing that could be done at that point. It has a ledge which causes food to collect and needs constant attention. more

I went to dental bliss about a month ago because im a dental phobic. I walk in, and im welcomed by the friendly staff that works there. When i go back to have the tooth with a major cavity looked at, it only gets worst from there. First the person doing the xray cant opperate the main tv screen that shows you the result of the xray. And after the xray is taken, she immediately tells me i need a root canal. Dr Garner then comes in and takes a look and says i need a root canal and crown lengthening where he explains to me, how he will remove a small portion of bone under the tooth. Total cost: $4600 for 1 tooth!! After that they proceed to shove a credit application in my face and will not give me any info on what my insurance will pay. A week later i go to Dr James Pace Sr's office for a second opinion. He does the xrays and goes even further by doing a complete oral exam and finds all my dental problems. He looks at the badly decayed tooth and tells me its possible to avoid a root canal with a crown. All that costs is $1100. Long story short, if i had took Dr Garners advise I would be looking at long term permanent damage from him removing bone structure and doing an unnecessary root canal. I will not be visiting Mr Garner anymore for dental treatment and i recommend James Pace Sr. for his outstanding and PAINFREE work. And his price for a crown, buildup, and about 9 fillings was only $1900. more
