My oldest son was a patient prior to the unexpected death of My wife (his mother) Now that we are putting our lives back on track I called out to them to arrange an appointment for both he and his two younger siblings... When I notified them that our insurance had changed to a mass health plan I was informed that we were no longer welcome as patients...SHAMEFULL IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD...NOT ONLY IS THIS IMMORAL IT MAY ALSO BE A VIOLATION UNDER MASS LAW !!! would welcome some info or advise THANK YOU... more

Dental Associates of Walpole has been a part of my family for over 15 years. My children learned to love going to the dentist thanks to Dr. Ficarelli. And I cannot say enough about the wonderful care & compassion the entire staff has from Joyce who greats you at the front door with a beautiful smile, to Lynn Villano who has been a godsend in emergency situations more than once. She has been my rock in a few dental crisis situations and I am thankful she is there. All the dentists and hygienists are the finest and make you feel so comfortable in a relaxed setting. Special kudos to Dr. Page Sr., and Dr. Mahdavi - two of my absolute favs! more

I highly recommend Dental Associates of Walpole. I have had periodontal work done along with new crowns, fillings, cleanings and invisiligns. All of my experiences have been very positive from the front desk to the doctors (and everyone in-between) They are very proffesional, making me feel comfortable with what ever procedure is being done.\r I also love that everything can be done in one office which makes it very convenient. more

For 22+ years, I have always been very happy with the the employees at the front desk. They always try and accommodate their patients. The entire staff has always been pleasant and profesional, and I have always been happy with the work done on my teeth. more

Probably the worst front desk/billing ever! Rude, unfriendly, apparently they do not need any patients! Just terrible, word to the wise go somewhere else, that front desk does not make up for the nice hygenists. It's a factory of children. more

My boyfriend had a dental problem that required dental surgery. He was in pain. They gave him an appointment the next day.\r \r After doing the eval, the office told him they couldn't do the surgery for three weeks. They had no openings. When asked what he should do about being in pain for three weeks, they told him they'd fill him up with antibiotics and that he'd be fine. When he asked asked if they could stay a little late to do the procedure that day (after all, he was in pain), they told him that was impossible. It was only when they found out that he was going to go to another dental surgeon that they finally found an opening - one week later.\r \r \r \r more

I left them because they were out of my network. But I will say this:\r \r The dentist themselves were very nice though like most dentists these days, there's a llot of selling going on.\r The hygenists were hit or miss\r The people at the front desk were condescending and surly. more

Bad, Lazy Cleaning 2/24/2011

Moving to Walpole, I wanted to find new professional and services in my area. Everyone raved about Dental Assoc. I don't know why. I'm 40 years old and have had MANY dentists throughout the years, ALL of them better than this place. First of all, they harass you with paperwork, like bad salesman urging you to sign and transfer all your previous dental records. I told her to hold on, relax. I haven't had a cleaning yet, why would I sign and transfer everything, without knowing if I even wanted to stay here. Well, my gut feeling was right. I DON'T want to stay here. All I wanted was a simple cleaning, but the hygienist couldn't even get that right. 1) She never asked if I wanted topical cream, even though I told her my teeth were sensitive (and every other dentist has offered it). Amateur. 2) She ""randomly"" picked at my teeth. No clockwise pattern. No meticulous cleaning. Just random scraping. 3) She suddenly replaced the scraper with a ""brush"". Why? 40 years old, I never had a stupid ""brush"" used, especially in the place of a solid scraper. Amateur. 4) She surrendered and said Finished in 20 minutes. What? Done already? Yes. Get out. I couldn't believe I got such a lousy cleaning. Where was the ""rinsing"" in between deep scraping? Where was choice of polish flavor, followed by the nice polishing of each individual tooth? Where the flossing with the nice glide string and rubber gloves? Where was the ""Spa Day"" for my mouth? Hell, I could've cleaned my own mouth better than she did with a toothpick! And to prove it, I came home and looked in the mirror: Yup. Sure enough, there were still stains behind my teeth, where she had complained that the stains were ""hard to get out"". That's because you're amateur! Every other hygienist has cleaned it, except her. She should be fired. But then, the whole office seems full of pretentious, lazy bubbleheads who neither know or care about dentistry. Beware. Go somewhere else and get your teeth really cared for by true professionals. more

Phenomenal experiences, phenomenal professionalism 12/9/2009

I had a number of things done on my teeth last year and whenever there is anything of importance to have done, I always go to Dental Associates of Walpole. I live in Wallingford, CT, over two hours away, and I still travel back to Walpole for any major dental work. The reasons are clear. They have, by far, the best dentists with the most professional approach, current training, and gentle touch of any dental office I have ever visited. Last year, I had a root canal which was virtually painless, a crown (the second of two I've had in Walpole) which I can barely tell isn't my real tooth which was done in ONE VISIT using their cerik machine (sp?) which created the tooth while you wait, and a snore guard fitted which has kept my marriage a great deal happier (I snore about 10% as much as I used to). These guys are the best. When you call with a question or concern, they are very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone in there is incredibly nice and on their game, and what could be more important than feeling comfortable with your dentist? I could not recommend them any higher. Pros: best 'bedside manner', customer service, painless proceedure more

Great experience, great service! 11/24/2009

I'm a pretty new patient of Dental Associates of Walpole and I've found the Dentists and front desk staff are awesome! I had a couple of fillings done and didn't feel a thing. The dentists are gentle and put me at ease. Also, the office is really nice. I am referring my friend there now! Pros: attentive dentists and staff, nice office Cons: none that I can think of more

Not Very Customer Friendy 10/15/2009

They have screwed up 2 booking for me and never apologized. As a customer, I am floored by their lack of ownership or even feigning an apology for their mistake. They must have way to many patients to treat customers like this.. Pros: Decent Dentists Cons: Lousy Support Staff more
