Extremely pleased and would recommend to anyone 10/1/2011

I had my car repaired here in Sept. after a hit and run. They went above and beyond my expectations. Top notch job from start to finish. The price was half what another shop quoted me. I would recommend this place to anyone. Good work and no b.s. more

A Great place to get your body work done 10/31/2010

i just had work done on my cars fender and a power window that was fouled up. the work one on my fender was excellent and the window now works properly.Mike is a up font honest man who tells what he can do and what he may not be able to do. i had been to a couple of other shops in Reno and i call them Bandits as their estimates were high as heck. Mike came in with a good price for the work. more

A good deal! 8/3/2010

This is actually my second time using Dent Doctor. I needed a new hood and I needed to have it painted. The owner quickly found me a hood that he thought would be the same color, but it wasn't, so they painted it for a good price. I am really pleased with the service. I had to reschedule because I had company coming and I wanted my car. They we able to fit me in right away, so I was able to have my car done by the weekend with no problem. I have since told other people to go there because they are pretty good and their price is good too. Mary Strahan more

I was expecting more. 8/2/2010

I was expecting a little more when I took my car to Dent Doctor. I was hoping for a better finished product. I don't necessarily know what can be done or expected, but I wanted a better finish. Apparently the ding in my door was really big. However, there was no paint damage. I thought they could take out the dent completely. The big dent isn't really there anymore, but there are a bunch of little dings in the door where they worked on it. I wasn't really expecting that. The car is better, but not that much better. I don't really know what to do with the situation. I was just surprised that I could tell work had been done and that there were dings. Especially because it wasn't a paint job originally, I was surprised. Paint jobs are much more complicated, so I was expecting more for my job. more

Honest and reasonable. 7/27/2010

My experience with Dent Doctor Doctor was great. I just went in and half an hour later, I was out. I was in a hurry and they were very accommodating. They did a great job. They were honest and reasonable. more

Dent Doctor is the only Body Shop I use, always an excellent job at a fair price 12/18/2008

Mike at Dent Doctor has always been very willing to work to get the best repair for the best price. I've had several non-insurance repairs that Dent Doctor has done excellent work on but worked to minimize my out of pocket. Other shops have been unwilling to quote anything other than the full insurance rate repair. Recently, Mike did some warranty work for me from 3 years ago even though I had lost my receipt. I've quite going anywhere else for quotes. more
