While his bedside manner is on the pleasant-but-cordial side (you wouldn't hire him as the clown to entertain your kids), he is meticulous, dedicated, and thorough. My eyesight is pretty poor (strong prescription) and other places (before I found him) generally would take awhile to get my prescription right. I love that he invests in the latest equipment. His staff has been there for years, and they're all wonderful to work with. I used to assume I was paying a huge premium, but his prices are actually quite competitive, including contacts. I also like that they carry some hard-to-find brands of glasses. As a bonus, I don't have to fight mall parking!
