DO NOT USE!!! Called days prior to set up an appointment to simply get a cavity filled that had fallen out and the lady on the phone assured me that was not a problem, gave them all my insurance information. They called me a couple days later saying that I was all set and that they looked forward to seeing me soon. I get to the office check in and verified everything with my insurance checked out and they said yes and to fill out the new client information. They bring me back and once again I made sure to tell the hygienist that I was here simply to get my cavity refilled. She seemed to understand and proceeded to go on. They started taking xrays and the doctor came in to talk to me and check out my tooth, when one of the receptionist walks back and informs me that they actually DO NOT take my insurance. They apologize for their error and send me on my way. Months later they called saying I have a balance due and are expecting me to pay for their error and services I neither asked for or even received. Horrible business practices. more

I love this place so much. I've had really bad dentists before, and I know that dentists are on the front ends, fighting most people's insurance battles, but I've never been to a more caring and conscientious place. Even the dentist pulled up my benefits before making recommendations. !?!? There were some things they wanted to do for my gums that my insurance wouldn't cover, but I flossed a lot between my appointments and when I came in, they told me to just keep it up, that my flossing was saving me money! They could have just done it; I wouldn't have known, but they _care_. My teeth cleanings are thorough, they explain everything, and they spend a lot of time making sure my teeth look their best. I went to this dental office because I broke my back tooth. I explained to the nurse that I haven't been to the dentist in years because I get anxious about the needle. she assured me that we would take as much time as I needed. I saw the young spanish dentist, and they did as they said. They asked me several times if I was doing ok, and he finished quickly. I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I'm still nervous about going, but finally feel like someone listened to me and cared. Pros: patient with nervous people Cons: its a dental office more

I went back to this place after 12 years at another dentist and decided to have all my silver fillings replaced with porcelain onlays. They gave me (in writing) a total cost analysis broken down as to what my insurance would pay and the maximum I would pay. After insurance (and not having one tooth done) they decide they want to overcharge me by almost 500.00 over their original analysis (And I had less work done!). When I spell it all out for them, they threaten me with collections!!! DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE! Pros: not even worth one star Cons: billing department more

I went in to have a small cavity drilled. When they finally took me back after forgetting about me for 45 minutes (which they admitted), they explained that they were drilling one tooth and replacing another. When I said that I was only supposed to be having the cavity drilled and that was all, they said that I had signed for both procedures. The form I signed was explained to me to be a release form for my cleaning. They are dishonest, rude, and I heard a front desk person made a joke about riding the ""short bus"" because she made a mistake. I will NEVER go back here despite them being highly recommended. They are obviously either inept or trying to sneak extra procedures in to make a few extra dollars. Cons: Terribly unorganized more

I throughly enjoyed my visit from the first phone call to the minute I left. I walked in with a great warm welcome from the front desk. I was only going there for one specific reason, and had little money to work with. The girl at the front desk didnt make me feel embarressed and work out great fincial arrangements with me. I left with a brand new smile on my face and didnt feel embarred about smiling again. The whole office was WONDERFUL!!! They will have a patient for life!!!! Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing more

I've been going to Zullo, Ryder, Zullo since 2001 and have never been dissapointed by the service (and I am a harsh critic of customer service). The front desk is efficient, pleasant and professional. The nurses or dental assistants are very skilled and friendly. The dentists are also great - knowledgeable and friendly. I have great teeth and have never had to do more than basis cleanings, etc. but if I ever had a problem I would gladly go to this office for treatment. Pros: right off I-4 on 434 Cons: office is kinda hard to find, distance if you live past the downtown area more

It is a big office. The nurses are very busy, they have 11-13 appointment per day. So they rushed the service. They don't care the quality. \r They over charged customers for no reasons. Cons: poor service, wrong charge more
