I had no idea of how to proceed with my construction addition and foundation repair, nor did I have any idea of what my project would cost. When I sat down with Mr. Dende , the engineer and owner of the company, he took the time to listen to my ideas and concerns and made several suggestions about my addition plans. This was before I even hired him to do my job. I found him very helpful and knowledgeable. \r \r He was able to supply us with cost effective solutions to the foundation issues we were confronting and was able to suggest numerous venues to pursue regarding my home addition. \r \r Once repairs and construction began he was always accessible to our contractor and ourselves when questions needed answering. His prices were fair based on the two other engineers I spoke with within a 50 mile radius of Ithaca. None of the other engineers we interviewed spent the upfront time with us as Mr. Dende did.
