We recently moved to Hendersonville from a large city in the north. I have been to Demos once and do not plan to go back again. It was a HUGE disappointment. It reminded me of restaurants from the 70's where the food was just so-so. The steak was nothing special - I definitely have had better. The service was blah - the waitress complained constantly about her job. The salad was worse than I have seen at Ponderosa salad bar!! Yet, again, disappointed in H'ville restaurant scene. more

It's always packed if that tells you something 3/30/2006

My grandfather loves this place. He eats here every single day of the week and sometimes 2 times a day. He loves to get the spaghetti and mushroom and I am more partial to the seafood pasta. While some are turned off by the whole steak and pasta bit, I think it works for them. They bring out free breadsticks and a salad too. It sure beats driving to Rivergate for a good Italian meal. Also, it’s next to the cinema so you can easily make a dinner and movie night out of it. more

Great Pasta and Steak 6/28/2005

The steaks are some of the best I have ever eaten. The bread is delicious and the pasta is perfect. The only thing better than the food is the service. We never had an empty glass. Kids were treated well and we all left happy. more
